About the program

Muay Thai, or Thai-Kickboxing, is one of the world's best workouts! Known as "The Science of 8 Limbs", Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows making it the most effective striking martial art. This class will get you in great shape, build confidence, teach you to be able to defend yourself and most of all - it's fun! Kru Roger Lumyoung is the only certified Kru in all of Niagara, offering training in both traditional and modern Muay Thai and ensuring you get the best Muay Thai training.

Ladies Thai-Boxercise

About the program

Our Ladies-Only class brings together a positive atmosphere and a great full-body workout! In this class, women get the benefit of the workout from Muay Thai, but there is no contact. The ladies get to do all the punches, kicks, knee's and elbows from Muay Thai on the heavy bags, double-end bags and pads, and have a lot of fun! Classes are always varied and we have multiple coaches to ensure beginners and experienced students get the proper attention needed.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art based on grappling and ground fighting, utilizing joint-locks and choke holds to defeat opponents. One of the main benefits of BJJ is that a smaller/weaker opponent can defend themselves against a bigger and stronger opponent if proper technique is followed. This class is an intense workout using a lot of core strength, and is an excellent means of a self-defence system.

The Strength and Conditioning classes at Muay Thai Niagara MMA will blow you away! It is an intense hour workout using weights, kettle bells, TRX, plyo boxes, bosu balls and much more! The workouts are geared towards each individuals level of fitness, so no matter if you are brand new or are an experienced athlete you will find the workout challenging.

  • Increased energy: more endurance, power and strength which translate into more usable energy - useful for all sports

Sparring classes are offered several times a week. Sparring is an excellent way to put into practice the techniques you have acquired from your training. This class is meant for athletes who possess the basic skills necessary to defend themselves against all offensive techniques. Sparring is not just for those athletes wishing to compete. It is a great way to take your training to the next level and is also great for self-defence.

About the program

Everybody wants better abs!  Having good overall core strength will help you with your Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA!  Our 45 minute ab class has a full abdominal workout strengthening transverse, oblique's, and rectus abdominus as well as your lower back. Using a variety of equipment; stability balls, medicine balls, TRX, Bosu and more, the class is always challenging and fun!
